A Casa di Elena 12 is a seaview holiday home located in the middle of the historical centre, near one of the most famous seaview balconies.
The house has been recently renovated in the typical apulian style.
The house is a 3 storey house: on the first floor there is a lovely kitchenette under the arch, a comfy sofa bed and the dining table on the left side. On the first floor you have a french balcony with an amazing seaview on the famous public terrace of Polignano a Mare.
Upstairs you have the seaview bedroom with a really comfortable french bed (140x190cm) and the bathroom.
On the third floor you will find the stunning seaview shared terrace. From here, I suggest you to soak up the sun, or enjoy a sunset cocktail with open views on the sea. If you are an early bird, don’t miss the sun rising from the Adriatic sea.
This holiday home is the ideal romantic gateway to spend time in the beautiful old town of Polignano with your special one!
