Tiny house with Private Patio and shared Seaview Terrace

In the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare, a few meters from the beach of Cala Porto. Independent apartment with double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.

The house is spread over three floors, furnished with extreme care and designed for guests who want comfort and relaxation.

A flight of natural stone stairs leads to the first floor which houses a lovely living room equipped with every comfort: a comfortable sofa, TV and a well-stocked bookcase.

Going up a second flight of stairs, covered with local marble, you enter the second level. Here is the double bedroom with French bed (140 x190) equipped with A/C and the bathroom with crystal shower cubicle.

The last flight of stairs takes us to the third floor where we initially find the kitchenette with a two-burner stove, refrigerator and everything needed for cooking and which leads to a first terrace -for the exclusive use of my guests- half shaded and surrounded by greenery, with a comfortable small table perfect for using a laptop or for spending evenings sipping wine, tasting Apulian delicacies.

Also from the kitchen there is access to a second (large) terrace with a splendid and enchanting sea view from which you can admire the sunrise in the morning.

Due to its characteristics, the house is suitable for young couples who want to spend a holiday of comfort and relaxation, but also of fun given the location of the house in the beating heart of the town.
