Start your morning overlooking the sea with a Mediterranean breakfast inspired by the flavours of Puglia.

Every morning we select fresh local products according to our guests' reservations, so our breakfast may be a little different from one day to the next.

Our breakfast changes from day to day.

We love bringing a little bit of Puglia to the table, choosing fresh products and local specialties each morning. Depending on the day, you may find:

Our breakfast is Mediterranean-style. 

Cooked eggs and bacon are not part of our breakfast selection.

Buffet or personalised breakfast?

A breakfast prepared around our guests

When 6 or more guests have booked breakfast, we serve our full breakfast buffet.

When fewer than 6 guests have booked, breakfast is prepared individually. We will ask you to choose your preferences in advance, so that we can prepare a fresh breakfast especially for you and avoid unnecessary food waste.

Where is breakfast served?

When the sun is shining

Breakfast is served on our panoramic sea-view terrace — our favourite way to start the morning in Polignano.

If it rains

As our terrace is open-air, breakfast is served indoors in our breakfast area when it rains.

The terrace is subject to weather conditions, so we cannot guarantee outdoor breakfast every day.

Perfect — just let us know and we'll reserve it for all your mornings.

Prefer to decide day by day?

No problem. You can add breakfast during your stay, but please book it by 11:00 AM the day before.

As we order fresh products according to the number of reservations, after 11:00 AM we are unable to add breakfast for the following morning.
